By consent, approved ALA-APA Council Rules (APACD#3). Consent

By consent, approved the agenda of the Midwinter meeting of the ALA-APA Council (APACD #1.1). Consent

By consent, approved the minutes of the 2005 Annual Conference meeting of the ALA-APA Council (APACD #2). Consent

Voted to approve Item #1 concerning the process for ALA-APA Councilor resignation (APACD #6)

1. Resignation of an ALA-APA division, chapter or round table Councilor – If the Councilor resigns the seat in ALA-APA the division, chapter or roundtable may appoint a spokesperson to represent the voice of the division, chapter or round table.

Voted to approve the establishment of an ALA-APA Resolutions Committee (APACD #5)
